Bring your shop into your AI app.

Every shop has its own MCP server. Connect an AI app with your own login and it can read what you can read, and nothing more.

Connect in a few clicks.

Copy your shop's address from Settings and paste it into your AI app. Sign in, read the page and allow it.

  • Connected apps in Settings has your address
  • Works with Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor
  • Other MCP apps with sign-in can connect too
  • No API key to copy around

Ask your AI app about your shop.

It uses the same reads as our own assistant. Ask in your AI app, and the answer comes from your shop's data.

  • Sales, compared with last month
  • Orders, customers, products and parcels
  • Stock, tracking and shipping problems
  • WhatsApp reports, templates and campaigns
  • Workflows, their runs and failures

Your reports, wherever you work.

Your ready-made reports run from the AI app, for any period, with filters and comparisons. Answers come back as readable tables with their totals and dates.

  • Today to the last financial year
  • Filters and comparisons
  • Each answer says which dates it counted
  • Scheduled reports and alerts too

Ask for a file, get a download.

Exports come back as a signed link that works for 30 minutes, for you, in this shop.

  • CSV, Excel or PDF
  • Large exports are made in the background
  • Up to 5,000 rows
  • A link that stops working by itself

Ready-made jobs, one pick away.

Named prompts appear in AI apps that support them. Pick one and it runs against your shop.

  • Morning brief
  • RTO review
  • Sales review
  • Browse reports and datasets to attach

It reads. It never acts.

Nothing an AI app does can change, send or charge anything. Those jobs stay in Commstate, where a person confirms them.

  • Only reads are ever offered
  • Writes and sends are refused
  • No access to money actions
  • Contact details are masked in answers

It sees what you can see.

Every request runs as you. Your role, your permissions and your module switches all apply.

  • No revenue permission, no revenue figures
  • One connection for one shop
  • Admins and managers can connect by default
  • Remove the permission and access ends
  • Every call is recorded with the app that asked

Take access back any time.

Connected apps lists each app you connected, when you connected it and when it last asked anything. One press ends it.

  • Revoke ends every token at once
  • Access tokens last an hour
  • A reused token ends that app's access
  • Limits on calls for each connection

And the small things that matter.

  • The consent page

It names the shop, the app, where you go next and every tool it can read.

  • New modules appear by themselves

Reads from modules you switch on show up with nothing to set up.

  • Pick your shop

If you belong to several shops, you choose which one to connect.

  • Short sign-ins

Refresh tokens are swapped on every use and last 30 days.

  • Answers people can read

Tables and short summaries, plus clean data for apps that use it.

  • Reach only your shops

An app only reaches shops the person who connected it belongs to.

Common questions

Which plan includes AI integrations?

Growth and up.

Which AI apps can connect?

Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor can, and so can other apps that support MCP with sign-in. Each is a separate product from another company, so you need your own account with it. ChatGPT may need its developer mode on.

Can an AI app change my orders or message my customers?

No. The connection is read-only. Changes, sends and money stay in Commstate, where a person confirms them.

Does this use my AI replies?

No. The AI app uses its own model, so steps that would spend your shop's AI credits are kept off this connection.

Can I see or stop what is connected?

Yes. Settings, Connected apps lists each app and when it last asked anything. Revoke ends its access at once.
