Know every customer, and what to do next.

Leads, customers, deals and broadcasts share one record with the orders. Your team can see who needs a reply today.

Leads arrive by themselves.

Someone who writes, calls or signs up becomes a lead. If they are already a customer, Commstate matches them, so nobody is kept twice.

  • From WhatsApp, chat, calls, forms and shop accounts
  • Add a lead by hand
  • Matched on phone or email
  • An owner and a status on each lead
  • Rules hand new leads to your team in turn

See who is hot, and who to call back.

Log a call or message in one line and set the next step. Every lead carries a score you can read.

  • Hot, warm or cold on every lead
  • See why a lead has its score
  • Change what each signal is worth
  • Log a call, email, meeting, message or visit
  • Sort by follow-ups due

Promises your team can keep.

Set how fast a new lead must hear from you. When a promise slips, the lead goes on today's list.

  • Limits for first reply, follow-ups and quiet leads
  • One list for the day's work
  • Hot leads with no owner stand out
  • A task for the owner, with Tasks on
  • Mine narrows it to your own leads

One screen for one customer.

Profile, orders, chats, calls, tasks and deals sit together. Each card fills in when you turn that part of Commstate on.

  • Lifetime value counts delivered orders only
  • Read a past chat in full
  • Team notes and a timeline
  • Tags, stage and marketing consent
  • Merge two records of one person

Groups that stay up to date.

Build a segment from what customers did. It counts who matches at the moment you use it.

  • By stage, tag, state or source
  • By delivered spend and delivered orders
  • By last delivery date
  • VIP, loyal and at-risk lists are ready made
  • Use it for broadcasts and call campaigns

Deals on a board you set up.

Each deal moves through your own stages until it is won or lost. A lost deal always gives a reason.

  • Your stages, each with a probability
  • What each stage is worth
  • Stale deals flagged by your day limits
  • A forecast for each coming month
  • Win rate, and why deals were lost

A quote the customer can accept.

Send a priced quote on WhatsApp or email. The customer opens a link, with no sign-in, and taps accept or decline.

  • Lines from your catalogue, or typed in
  • A discount and tax on each line
  • A PDF to download
  • Good until the day you set
  • A won deal becomes an order

Broadcasts that count before they send.

Pick a segment or tags, then a WhatsApp or email template. A dry run shows who gets it, and why the others do not.

  • A person confirms the exact count
  • Consent checked as each message goes
  • Nobody gets the same broadcast twice
  • People outside their hours get it later
  • Results down to orders placed afterwards

Email campaigns and ready-made sequences.

Design an email with your products and a coupon, test two subjects and send. Or switch on a ready-made sequence.

  • A block designer with four starter designs
  • A unique code for each person
  • Two subject lines, and the winner goes out
  • Welcome, cart, win-back and review emails
  • Three marketing emails a week at most, by default

And the small things that matter.

  • Ask the assistant

Ask for your hot leads, or mark someone qualified.

  • Workflows

A new lead, a missed promise or a won deal can start one.

  • On your phone

Common questions

Which plan includes the CRM?

Growth and up include the CRM, the pipeline and broadcasts. Customer profiles come with every plan, Starter included.

Are leads and customers kept separately?

No. A lead is a customer record, so one person is never kept twice. When they buy, the same record carries on.

Will a broadcast reach people who did not agree?

Marketing messages go only to people with marketing consent. Consent is checked in the dry run, and again as each message goes.

What do I need for email campaigns?

A Growth plan or higher and your email connected. Your From domain must pass SPF, DKIM and DMARC before a campaign can send.
