Run a network of shops from one board.

Bring resellers on, give them your catalogue and let their orders reach you. Each shop sees its own margin and never a neighbour's.

Every shop you reach, on one board.

One dashboard covers your whole tree. Open any shop to see its orders, team, money and health.

  • Shops by state, and who joined
  • Network sales, delivered and booked
  • Top shops and quiet shops
  • Parcels in transit, delivered and RTO
  • A list of shops that need attention

Bring shops on with a code.

Share a referral code. A new reseller applies with documents and bank details, and you review before they start.

  • Codes with a use limit and expiry
  • Review documents and bank details
  • Create a shop yourself, and invite the owner
  • Your shops can make codes too
  • Shops can sign up now, verify later

One catalogue, sold under every shop.

Keep master products in one place. Shops add what they want and it becomes their own product, kept up to date from yours.

  • Offer or hold back each product
  • Mark products every shop must carry
  • Shops set price, name and description
  • You keep cost, SKU and stock
  • New shops get required products on joining

Each level sets its own margin.

Each network sets the margin for the shops below it, so cost builds up level by level. A shop cannot sell below its floor.

  • Set margins for each shop below you
  • Shops see what each product earns
  • A margin record kept for each order
  • Earned and pending shown apart
  • Margin falls if the order is refunded

Shops sell. The right shop ships.

When a shop sells a network product, the order goes to the supplier at once, with stock held. A mixed order splits by itself.

  • The shop's own products stay with the shop
  • The supplier gets a copy to ship
  • Status comes back to the shop's order
  • Short stock is flagged on the order
  • Orders stuck for 48 hours are shown

Know who owes whom, order by order.

After delivery, each party's share is worked out from the margin record. Refunds and returns change the figure, and an RTO voids it.

  • Supplier, network and shop shares
  • COD and prepaid handled differently
  • Unclear orders wait for a person
  • Every change is kept in the history
  • Wallets and transaction history

Sell storefront plans to your shops.

Build plans from the ones you were offered, at your own price. See how each shop tracks against its limits.

  • Your own plans and prices
  • Different settings for one shop
  • See shops near a limit
  • What shops paid and what it cost you
  • Your margin, month by month

Your shops get a board of their own.

My network shows a shop who it buys from, what it earns and how its orders are moving. It is on for every shop in a network.

  • Your network's contact details
  • Earned, pending and wallet
  • Orders by stage
  • What the network has in stock
  • How you compare with shops beside you

Keep the network in your hands.

Suspend, retire or reactivate a shop, always with a reason. Each action is logged for you and for the shop.

  • Freeze a shop and everything below it
  • Move a shop within your network
  • Switch modules on or off for a shop
  • See every order across your shops
  • Send announcements to your shops

And the small things that matter.

  • Customers stay private

A shop's board shows orders by stage, with no customer details.

  • Stock is one count

A shop's copy mirrors what the network has available.

  • Peer comparison

Only an average and a quarter, across at least five shops.

  • In the books

Settled orders post to each party's books once they are open.

  • Referral records

Keep every code in one list, with its limits and expiry.

  • Export your list

Download your resellers as a CSV from Network Overview.

  • Plain empty states

A figure that cannot be read says why, instead of showing 0.

Common questions

Which plan includes this?

The Network plan, for distributors and reseller networks. It is sold by contract, not at signup. It covers unlimited member shops, multi-level margins, wallets and settlements, under your own brand.

I run one shop. Can I join a network?

Yes, with an invite code from your supplier. Your own shop and products work at once. If your network asks for KYC, its products wait until it verifies you.

Can shops see each other's sales?

No. A shop sees its own figures and, with at least five shops beside it, only an average and which quarter it sits in.

Who ships the orders?

By default the network's supplier ships and the shop's status follows along. A network can also be set up so each shop ships its own stock.

Does Commstate pay shops out?

Not for order settlements. Commstate works out who owes whom on each delivered order and keeps that current. Remittances and automatic payouts are not built yet.
